As one of the earliest Eagle partners, we have developed broad experience in leading both PACE and STAR implementations, are among the recognized experts in both applications, and have a demonstrated record of successful delivery and performance.

Our team is led by senior financial industry professionals with several decades of combined experience developing, managing, and implementing investment accounting and management solutions for the global asset management industry. In addition to the Eagle platform, we have developed an extensive and expansive knowledge base of vendor offerings for investment professionals, including direct experience with other leading portfolio accounting, trade order management, reporting, reconciliation, and performance measurement and attribution systems.

Through our support of the middle and back office functions of asset managers [see Middle and Back Office Outsourcing], we have developed an in-depth understanding of and appreciation for the role of transactions and positions processing, management, and reporting, as key components to investment decision support and client service. As a consequence we have developed our implementation practice to draw on this extensive operations experience to structure implementation engagements to insure the operational efficiency of our solutions in a full production environment.

Each engagement begins with a detailed analysis of our client's operating environment, including both operational and technical requirements across all affected "end-users". We then develop a project specification document, which describes all requirements, defines implementation tasks, and estimates and assigns resources (both from ix Partners and our client) and is accompanied by a detailed project plan that scopes the project from specification through parallel test and final hand-off. Throughout the process ix Partners and our client agree and partner on specific tasks to insure effective knowledge transfer. Thus, the breath of our involvement is based on mutual agreement, but often includes:
